Group Blog

Welcome back! in this blog I will be talking about me and my group mates. The people I will be working with are Nicholas, Enzo, and Joao. The reason why I decided to work with them for this project is because I trust them. I have known the Nicholas and Joao since my freshman year and I have been friend with them since. I know how they are with their school work and I know they will actually put time and effort into this video. Enzo, I have only known him since my sophomore year when he was a freshman. I don't know him very well but my friends know with him and by what I hear, he's a really good student and gets his work done. We all had a hard time choosing a song. It was hard because we couldn't find one that matched our video. We went through a lot of songs before we found the one we are going to use. Everyone collaborated with this process. We all did our research and looked at a lot of different playlists. At first we were thinking of using the song Stay with me by Sam ...

Hi, as you might already know, my name is Constanza Cirigliano. My nickname and what all my friends call me is Connie. I am 16 years old. I was born on December 6th, 2006. I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I moved to the United States when I was 10 years old. I have lived in three different houses since I moved here; 2 in the city of Davie and 1 in Plantation. I currently live in Plantation, Florida and attend Fort Lauderdale High School. I only live with my mom. I have an older sister and she used to live with us but she moved to college more than a year ago. I am in the 11th grade, which is going to be my toughest year. I have been the president of a club named Flying L Friends since the end of my freshman year, and just became the Vice President of the EMS club. I usually spend my free time hanging out with my friends or doing school work. I have a lot of different personalities depending on who I am around. With my best friends I am usually very energetic and laugh ...

Reflection

Welcome back! we have arrived to the end of this project. I had a lot of fun making this commercial about myself. Here is a couple things that I have learned while making this commercial: 1. What technology did i learn to use? To start off, I used iMovie to put my commercial together. At first I was going to use CapCut and try and learn how to use it, but I just ended up using iMovie because I have used it in the past. I did try to use CapCut and figure out how to edit somethings but it was taking me too long. I am very familiar with iMovie and I know exactly how to use it. So I decided to make it easier on myself so I gave up on CapCut. When I was finished with my commercial, I decided to try my best to make one on CapCut too, to see which one would look better. I ended up learning how to use it, but I still liked iMovie better so I used the commercial I edited on there. This was a lot of fun to do. 2. What did you learn about the process of putting a project together? Something ...

Choosing my videos Blog

Image
Welcome back to another Blog! In my last Blog, I explained my how my processes went to choose my photos. I talked about how hard it was and how long it took me to pick them. But now, it was time to choose which videos I was going to use. Again, this was a very long process. I looked in so many different places and even asked a lot of people. Lets just say this was not easy. Let me run you through my process. So first, I asked my mom to if she had any cute videos of me when I was younger. She once again told me to look through her Facebook. I found a couple videos that I liked for my commercial on there. I had 3 options. One of them was a video of me when I was just two years old. In that video I was learning how to count in English, because my first language is Spanish. I was going to use that one, but I couldn't decide. The other video was a video of me and my mom dancing at a restaurant. I didn't end up choosing this video because the quality was pretty bad considering the fa...

Photo process Blog

Welcome back to my Blog! In this Blog I will be talking about my process of picking out my photos. After I decided on the app, and songs I was going to use, I will be moving on to what photos I am going to be using. This process took me a very long time. I am a very indecisive person, so this was hard. The first thing I did was look through my camera roll to see if I could find any pictures I wanted to use. I scrolled all the way up to when I was in elementary school. I kept looking, but there was nothing that I wanted to use for my commercial. Then, I thought of asking my best friends for pictures that they have of us together. After looking at the pictures my friends sent me, I realized that I wanted something different, so I decided to ask my mom. She told me to scroll through her Facebook albums and find something there. After looking through all the pictures she has on there, I found a very cute picture of me and my mom. This picture was taken on my 6th birthday. I decided to...

Song selection Blog

Image
Hello, Welcome back! In this Blog I will be talking about my thinking process and things that I did to decide which songs I was going to use for my commercial. It was very hard for me to decide on the songs I was going to use. It took me a really long time to find the perfect song that I felt would match my commercial. At first, I asked a lot of my friends and family which songs they liked and what songs they think would sound best in my commercial. My biggest concern was that the song I chose was not going to sound good with my commercial. I was also scared that the songs were not going to match with me or with the vibe my commercial gave off. I researched a lot for good songs to use in a commercial, but that did not help. There was too many options to choose from and I couldn't decide. So I decided to just go on my Spotify playlist and find some of my favorite songs that had meaning to me. At first, like I mentioned in one of my other blogs, I thought of using a song from Taylor...
