Reflection

Welcome back! we have arrived to the end of this project. I had a lot of fun making this commercial about myself. Here is a couple things that I have learned while making this commercial:

1. What technology did i learn to use? To start off, I used iMovie to put my commercial together. At first I was going to use CapCut and try and learn how to use it, but I just ended up using iMovie because I have used it in the past. I did try to use CapCut and figure out how to edit somethings but it was taking me too long. I am very familiar with iMovie and I know exactly how to use it. So I decided to make it easier on myself so I gave up on CapCut. When I was finished with my commercial, I decided to try my best to make one on CapCut too, to see which one would look better. I ended up learning how to use it, but I still liked iMovie better so I used the commercial I edited on there. This was a lot of fun to do.

2. What did you learn about the process of putting a project together? Something I realized while making my commercial, is that I actually learned a lot. Problem solving was one of the things I learned; If one thing doesn't work out or turns out the way you wanted it too, figure something else out. Having to start over multiple times just because of one little mistake was stressful but made me be more patient. I got creative with this project. I am usually not the type of person to be creative but this commercial really made me think outside the box. I developed new creative thinking skills and I got amazing ideas. Something big I learned was to trust the process. By this, I mean that sometimes I would feel like it was looking bad, so I would start over and try something new, but at one point I just said, "let me trust the process and see how it turns out", and it actually turned out amazing.

3. What do you think you can do to make the next project better? Something I will accept is that my project could have been better. Yes, I do believe it turned out really good and I worked really hard on it, but there is always room for improvement. Some things I can do to make my next project better would be time management. I procrastinated a lot while making this commercial which made it very stressful, so next time I will manage my time better and hopefully get a better result. Staying focused on my main goal; this one is a big one because, while making my commercial I was worried about things that did not matter that much when the main point was for me to make a commercial about myself and what I like, not what everyone else likes. Something else that I actually did pretty good but I could do better was my planning and quality of project. I rushed through this project a lot and my planning was not very good. Hopefully my next project will be better thank this one. I had a lot of fun making my commercial, I learned a lot of new things.
