Production Blog: Back to work

 Hello bloggers! I hope you all are having an amazing day. So as you know from the last blog we were getting our ideas set up.  We also finished up around a quarter of our script for the scenes. So, today we decided that we would all work in the afternoon. So around that time we went to a local park so we could get some work done in a nice environment. The weather was nice so it  was perfect and we got straight to work as soon as we found a nice bench. So Joao worked on the script and got most of it done and left is about a quarter left before he got a bit tired. So after working we went to grab lunch since we were all hungry and needed a boost. We went to grab food and on the way there we saw an a memorial place and we instantly got an idea of one of our scenes. We decided that we would film one of our scenes at the cemetery. We were first a little hesitant on it but soon decided that we would eventually follow through with the plan to film there. We got out food and discussed some more plans for how we would proceed with the filming. We ended up going to chipotle since we all mutually liked it and thought it was a good place to go eat out. After we were done we went back to my house and got some work done before we were finally burnt out. We reviewed our work and shared opinions and thoughts on what might need to be changed or what should be kept the same. After all that work we were done for the day and we were all ready to go back home. I believe we made a lot of progress today and that it was a great overall day for the group. Welcome back bloggers! Today's blog is going to be different from my other blogs.  The previous blogs have focused on refining and enhancing my opening sequence. This blog, focuses more on the things I neglected to write about during the previous three months, such as how our group collaborated and where we purchased the props for our set. First, let's talk about how we assembled the objects required to create the finest potential sceneries for our situations. To prevent one of us from getting really hot, we initially picked up a gorilla suit from Party City and made sure it was breathable. We had to improvise by forming an animal shape out of rags. We couldn't use an actual dead animal. We had also prepared our own artificial blood with inexpensive components that we had on hand. Planning: Location, Participants, Health, and Schedule

  The   participants   in our film will be: Enzo Prieto Joao Nunes Constanza Cirigliano Nick Zilberstajen Location:  Some of us live at great distances from each other making it slightly challenging to find a point to collectively meet and film. But we decided to use a local state park Oleta state park.  For the scenes in the car we decided to use some of our school friends' cars and to use roads near patches of woods to add the immersion in the opening sequence. The scenes in the driveway could take place either at Joao's or Constanza's residence. Schedule: By 2/20 we will film our scenes in the driveway which should take no more than one day. By 2/27 we will film our on the road scenes which should also take no more than one day.
